ASK HIM!!!!! just say like "heyy so are you going to the dance?" and if he says yeah just say "well do you wanna go with me?" or if you dont want to do that just do stuff that makes it obvious you wanna go with him. if you go to the dance it doesn't mean hes your boyfriend, so it won't ruin your friendship im guessing. go for it girl! make another quote about what happens :)
