its because they had to make it pg 13 because majority of the readers aren't old enough to see an R rated movie..also because in the book Katniss doesn't see all the killings she just hears the gunshots and finds out who was killed later...sorry for this being so long, I'm a little obsessed with hunger games! 0reply
