the fame, or
the fortune that drives us. its not
about getting a scolarship, getting drafted, or
even making sportscenter. Sometimes we play
for 200,000 fans sometimes for 30 but
thats not what its about either, we dont play
for any of that.
we play for whats [inside of us]. for
the feeling we get when
we score the
winning buzzer
beater or nail that double cross
over for the first time.
we play for our fans.
we play for our family and our coaches.
we play because we love the game we play.
but most of all we play
for ourselves
we are athletes and yeah, you
should be jealous.
