I have been in the same position and from experience I know that a guy like that is not ready to settle down and hes not gonna be willing to have a relationship ..... he just flirts with you and then flirts with someone else. he thinks nothing of it because he just assumes its flirting but hes not considering that someone could actually have feelings for him. to be honest i dont know if he likes you or not and i cant make you tell him that you like him thats up to you. if you think its worth your time go ahead and dont be scared about it. but just know that it can make or break everything you think of him ..... he could say that he likes you , he could ignore you and be creeped out or he can say he doesnt like you back but either way you are beautiful ... everyone has there issues and can feel ugly and akward but you will get over it eventually and everything makes you stronger

im kinda going through the same thing w. a guy i like, he always flirts w. me && sometimes when people say hes flirting w. me he gets mad then will only flirt w. me if were in the room together just us, but it sounds like he does, kinda hint to the fact that you like him, flirt a little bit? see if he does it back && if he does all the time i think you should try to go for it(:
make the first move maybe hes to scared to?
