tell him you like him! and true friends will understand, if you lose her because of him that's fine, she wouldn't let a boy come in between you two if you really were best friends. just wait until tomorrow to tell her about what happened, and say you couldn't tell her before even though you really wanted to.

no boy is EVER worth loosing a friend nmw ... so deffinatly talk to her about it & if he doesnt like your friend then just call things off with him & she gunna have to just move on .. or maybe he could get to know your friend & like her .. & you never know you could talk to her & she could say you have him soo yeah

drop him hints or you can tell him, BUT tell your friend your feelings for him. calmly. and not over text, bc everything is worse over text. hope i helped! good luckk

choose option one. but never make it sound like you chose him over her. you need to explain to her that you began to like him before you knew she did. You need to consider things with your friend first, and think a lot before anything more serious happens.
