If you see him at the fair dont give him eye contact ... he'll know ur mad / sad / or how ever ur feelin that isnt happy ... then when he comes to you and trys to hug u , reject it . and then look around and if he asks why ur lookin around say " so wheres that girl in that picture ?" then he knows he got caught and he begg for another chance ... buh thats your choice .

what i would do is not say anything to him. let him come to you first. and if he realizes what he's done, then he will come talk to you and explain and then its up to you if you want to accept his excuse or not. i would just move on. long distance relationships dont quite work. ive been in a couple and mine never worked out because you never know what the other person is doing.
