if you really like him that much you should tell him ! i mean like if he doesnt like you then it will be easier for you to get over him if you find out earlier && if he does like you then you can stop waiting ! just be like "hey i gotta tell you something.." then when he asks what just be like "well so i kinda like you" or "i know someone whoi likes you" then when he asks who just be like "well .. me" or you can have a friend tell him if your scared ! (:
