And if you notice that situation is really desperate, don't be afraid to tell some adult (your, her parents, teacher....) or ask psychiatrist - it is not disgrace, depression can get anyone.

Just be with her! I'm trying to feel in this situation. She wants to commit suiciude - question is why?! Problems in school, family, with friends, with boyfriend... Doesn't really matter, you probably know the reason she has. Just...tell her you love her and you can not imagine life without her. She probably feels lonely. Tell her she isn't and you are (and always will be) here for her and you'll help her with every problem. Talk with her about memories, reminds her better times she had and tell her that everything's gonna be okay. You have to show her how beautiful life is. You have to make her sure that lots of people love her.

I'm sure you can save her (: I wish I have friends like you are. *crossin' my fingeeers <3

you should just be there for her and talk, if she dosen't feel up to talking just be a friend and sit there with her, thats all i wanted from a friend when i was going through the problems in my life :)

remind her of the good times you've had and tell her how much you need her in life trust me my friend wanted to too because of her dad thats what i did spend alot of time with her nedd any other help i' herre :)

Talk to her, Have some girl talk, go outside with her and chit chat. Ask her about personal things and when she tells you, help her out a little, comment on my profile if u need further advice or help, I would be hapy to help anyone who needs it. :)
