hes probly thinking the same thing as you so text him. the longer you wait the better the chances of him actually finding someone else because he might think you dont like him

just text him and say "hey :)" because if he told you that he liked you, then he's not just gunna change his mind after a week! go for it, there's absolutely no harm in it at all! if you need anything else, just write it on my profile. good luck! :)
