I have a bf too, I also love saying that, but don't just say your in love because you have butterflies. Say it because you really care about that person, dont ever want to loose that person, and will miss that person a lot when hes gone. Also, you know it will be love when he honestly really is always on your mind, not just because your making him be on your mind. And when you dream about him all the time and when you smile when ever you think about him. and when you see yourself, realy with him when your older.

Ive been in love before and everyones feeling of "Love" is totally different...so if you love him then you will most deffinaltly know :) but when i was in love i always got butterflys so maybe you could be...
