my friend told her mom the other day she thinks she needs to go..but it wasn't in the best way ever..they were kinda in the middle of a fight and she said it..but, when I need to tell my mom something important, I usually don't want to say it to her face, so I either text her, ask my sister or someone else to tell, or write her a note.. if I were you, I would tell her that you really don't know how to say it, but you really need help because you really don't want to live like this anymore and tell her you need rehab. maybe tell her your not as happy as you think you should be.. let her know you love her and that you don't wanna hurt her or yourself, so you need help and that you think rehab is the best way to do it. hope this helps. let me know how things go.. i've been through this before also. just recently actually. so if you ever need to talk i'll be here.

just tell herr you think you need to go to rehab because you feell like you need it if you dont wanna tell her straight
