Here are a few ideas
1. Talk to your friend about it, tell her how you feel (i know its easier said than done)
2. ASK HIM OUT ALREADY!!! and if he says no, his loss.
3. Be more assertive and basically tell your friend that hes yours and there is no questioning that.

You need to straight up tell your friend to back off! Haha, but say it gently. You could set her up with his friend. Then ya'll could double date(:
