we all don't like him very much becuase when he moved here he came off as perverted & asked every single girl out..he doesn't have that many friends. personally, as one of soleils best friends, i think he's ok. i mean i talk to him sometimes (mostly about her) & he's not AS bad as people think he is. it's not only her friends, everyone doesn't like him. but it doesn't mean she can't like him. ik that.

im leaving this comment because i was in the same situation, not because i dont think you should go out. i really liked this guy, who had already hurt me. so all my friends hated him for it, besides, alot of people in my school didnt like him at all. so i got a lot of shitt for liking him. he asked me out, and i said yes. i got made fun of so much, and there were so many comments made. it all got to me. so when we ended up breaking up, i was even more upset becausee i felt like everyone was right. but they wernt. he did it in the nicest way possible and he made sure that i knew he still cared about me. i felt like i couldnt enjoy the relationship because of everyone else. so if you do go out with him, put aside everyones stupid comments. if you like him, you like him, for your own reason. nobody needs to change that. ♥♥

I know you said to comment if I think you shouldnt date him, but something about this quote me off.
You said everybody hates him. even your friends. that they dont think you should date him. Thats shallow. It's not your friends' decision, it's yours. Every time I like a guy, my friends have something bad to say about him, all accept 2 of them. Last night I found out, the guy I like likes me back and if he ever asked me out, I would say yes. Wanna know why? Because he's what I want. I want to be happy with my decision. I dont care if anyone else is. They shouldnt care if he makes you happy, they should only care that you ARE happy. and if they arent, and they criticize you, then they arent real friends. They can say they hate him or whatever, but it's not their opinion of him that matters. It's yours.
