^ it cut the rest off. i said that i was actually trying to GAIN weight, because being a tooth pick doesn't make me feel good .. curves are gorgeouss!!

Stay away from red meat and nuts, the have protein which puts on weight.
Eat mainly vegtables, as fruits are high in sugar.
eat fiber, it keeps you fuller throughout the day and is GREAT for you.
apple cidar / vinegar will COMPLETELY clean out your system, kind of as a natural laxitive and can help you lose weight.
excersise, a lot.
but honey, i'm sure you're beautiful just the way you are <3 i'm trying to GAIN weight. curves are gorgeous (:
