i know how you feel, but honestly please do not do all these things, your perfectly healthy i weigh like 20000000 times more than you do. i love the effort you're willing to put into this but you perfect just the way you are! trust me

5'9 and 120? that is perfectly normal!! please dont hurt yourself it is good to want to stay in shape and get healthy but you are not fat at all! and 30 laps is a lot of work, i am a swimmer haha but seriously u are beautiful just the way you are, no need to change that

5"9 in height and 120 lbs? you're taller than me...and the same weight. i never thought of myself as fat....thats a blow to the old self esteem.

dont go crazy. 30 laps? you'll be positively exhausted. and while there's nothing wrong with eating healthier don't starve yourself.
