My hair is like that:) I asked for a short top layer and then long uner it. It turned out great. Hope I helped

short choppy layers. Razored (it's a way to cut your hair). Dont take muc length from the longest layer. and side swept bangs. :]
and remember, you'll have to do a lot of teasing to get your hair to look like that when its cut!
