well i kinda looked it up tons of times before..cause i wanna lose face fat too...and i came up with stupid videos..u should look for some too--but they dont really work. and yeah starving makes u gain weight... :p no joke.

ill help u :) i lost 15lbs on my own and i need to do it again :p

okay so yeah people say eat healthy and excercise..sounds easy right?? WRONG.
you can do it for a day..or 2 but then u get sick of it. my advice is eat 1100 calorries a day (trust me, its plenty) and eat good stuff, not like 1100 cals worth of potatoe chips. then WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING THAT ENTERS YOUR MOUTH. its fun :) btw, people are like "you cant lose weight if u dont excercise" THATS NOT TRUE. it definately makes it easier and tones you more, but thats not everything. for exercise, have a blank calendar and put empty hearts everyday you wanna work out--then fill it in everyday that u workout, set a goal like "4 times a week for 2 months" or something like that. it can be something like 30-60mins of jumprope or something. no need for a gym membership.
okay and this may be the MOST IMPORTANT thing yet, have a schedule!! like eat before 7 everday, that way u cant eat extra stuff after 7, thats by far the msot impt thing ever. and eat the same-ish stuff everyday. i hope this helped :)

i dont play a sport cuz i always get hurt
and ya, i think i eat healthy
i think my BODY is in OK shape, but it could be in better
and my face is a little round and chubby ......

Don't worry about ur weight! Do you play sports and eat healthy? If you do then ur fine! If not start going for some runs or working out! Eat some more heathly food! Don't worry!
