Your taking the wrong approach! Take it from me, I've tried but my parents won't let me. Instead o just not eating at all, cut back on the junk foods and excercise!!!
But honestly, you shouldn't be worrying about your weight. You're you, and if anyone says otherwise, well, they're wrong. Plain and simple. Be proud of who you are!

(oh and btw) If you want to lose weight my dance teacher is an expert. You should stay away from artificial foods they have more of an effect then calories. An easy solution is just to eat your three meals and eat healthy ones! Rice, wheat pasta, ect, it's good for you and just eating three meals and maybe a good exercise (dance or a sport maybe?) is amazing not just for losing but for being healthy. But i'm seriouss eatt or i will personally track you down and force food into your mouth! If you don't eat you'r threatning your life!

I agree, a very bad habit. EXERCISE!{Running's the best)Moderation,moderation,moderation} or you can try counting calories too if your determined its the food

You need to eat! Not eating isn't gonna make anything better! Trust me! Be happy with your body, everyone's beautiful no matter how much they weigh or how they look! You need to eat I'm dead serious!

if u dont eat ur gunna get fatter for a while so why bother! just be happy! heres a question... do u like celery or brownies... thats right brownies so date guys who like brownies cuz thats who ur doing this for you just dont relize it or u do... idk
