haha. but its weird. like he's always been the "weird neighbor" and his family is just strange. O.o idk. he's weird. OH and he asks strangers for blow jobs.. so thats another reason to be creeped out. lmfao

but the thing is he can just say he was looking out the window, and it won't be harassment. and he doesn't text me anymore cause i got a new number, but he was trying to talk to me. It's not like he was STALKING me.. i guess?

Then you need to keep a record of all the written things. anything he's ever wrote to you AND your responses. Get a date stamp if you can. Then take it to the cops. If his dad says anything to you, report it. His dad isn't allowed to interfere.
