you make layouts by creating a picture on a program (MS paint is on all microsofts, or you can use a program that you buy like paint shop pro or photoshop) then you have to get the coding for it which is mainly html. that takes a while to learn i suggest you look at other peoples profiles. if you want help learning the coding for it or just want someone to code it for you i will. but i'm not an expert at it i can just do it.
