Like no other ~ Chapter 1
opening my eyes, to the blinding light that seams through my window blinds. I toss the covers over and throw me feet out of bed, god. I couldn't feel any worse today. I walk to my bathroom, whiping my sleepy eyes as i start the shower. I undress myself and jump in, this is exactly what i need. While the cool water is cleansing me, i'm also feeling refreshed and awoken. I have a quick wash and turn the shower off. Wrapping the towel around me, I walk to my room, to get ready. I let the towel slip off me as i walk to my closet. Picking out some gorgeous vintage highwaisted denim shorts, that are rather revealing if i must say so myself. A white vest top and a cute oversized grey hoodie.
I slip them on and start on my hair. I tie it up into a messy ponytail, today i really don't feel like makeup. I run downstairs to grab some breakfast and see what i feel like doing today. I grab some toast my mum made for me, and lay on the couch. I'm pretty bored so i decide to check my phone.
one new message, from Cody
'Hi, Wanna hang out today?'
I have nothing else to do. besides, I havent seen Cody since last weekend. I tell my mum I'm heading out, say my goodbyes and put on my red vans and my black beanie.
I reply back
'sure, meet me at the park, now?'
He texts back almost immediatley after
'I'm on my way.'
I walk out the door, and make my way to the park.

I arrived at the park and I see Cody laying by an oak tree, he looks so cute.
"Hey Cody" I say as i give him a playful punch on the arm.
"Ouch. you really know how to greet people, don't you Raija" He said with a smirk on his face.
I sat down beside him, and we talked for a while, you know. Pretty much small talk.
"So how's you and Cole?" He said, calmly.
"Er, Oh. you know how he's been lately" I said, looking down nervously.
"You know this isn't fair, he's been treating you like bull lately" He started with a disgusted look on his face.
"Cody, I'm fine." I said, as camly as possible.
We sat in silence for a bit.
"How about we get an Icecream? My treat?" I said, encouragingly.
He looked down, hardly convinced.
"Come on, Double chocolate, with a flake?" I said, nudging him with a smile.
He gave a smile, "Sure"
we made our way to the Icecream shop, and ordered. we decided to go take a walk around the park, I agreed hoping that
we'd go to the forest too. Boy, I love it there. Its amazing.
Me and Cody were having a great time, laughing and smiling.
My phone vibrated, I got a message, from Cole.
"Where are you?"
I stared at it for a while, pausing.
"Who is it?" he said, taking another lick of his icecream.
"Cole." I said, knowing his reaction.
He tensed up. He always does that whenever I mention Cole.
"What does he want?" He asked, trying to sound calm.
"he's asking where i am." I said, worrying what Cody's reaction would be.
"Tell him your with me" he said.
"I can't Cody, you knwo how he'd react to that" I said, worried.
"Stop letting him control you Raija, you never have time to hang out anymore because of that jerk, you really don't see what he's doing!" he protested.
"Please Cody, Just leave it! I've gotta go" I said, begging.
"I'm sick and tired of you running back to him! Its obvious you want to see him more." he argued.
"Oh come on Cody, you know thats not-" I barely finished.
"Just go! Raija! Just go!" he shouted.
I hate it when Cody's mad. It scares me. I ran off, almost in tears.
I text Cole back,
'Nowhere, I'll see you at yours'
