She tells everyone that she is perfectly fine. She fakes 
a smile wherever she goes. At times people actually
 believe she is ok. Even her best friends have no idea
what is going on. But, the counselors at school see her
 misery. She tries as hard as she possibly can to act like
nothing's wrong. Her parents don't pay enough attention
to see that she isn't happy. She pretends everything is
at peace in her life, but on the inside, in reality,

i made that quote and it took me forever to underline and change the letters to different colors. the underlined purple letters in my quote all spell out "her heart is shattered into a million tiny pieces" it took half and hour for me to make that quote.
