Isn’t Like
The
Ones
In Fairytales.
There isn’t a ‘Once Upon A Time’. There
isn’t an evil stepmother who locks me in towers. There is
no glass shoe that fits only
me. No witches. No talking mice. I’m just a totally
normal girl, who goes
to a normal school with a normal best friend and a normal
crush. Most girls wish they were princesses when they are young. With
tiaras and frilly dresses. I
didn’t. I wanted to be me. I still want to be me. Not some
Abercrombie and Fitch wanna-be. Not some fake-tan, twig thin,
fake. So no, I don’t have a ‘Once Upon a Time’. I have a
‘Once Upon A
Lifetime’ because my good memories don’t happen within a short
period of time.
I’m still living them.
