I just learned that "Sakine Meiko" is actually a fan-made name and is not her official name. Her official name is really only "Meiko". (I should have searched more thoroughly...)
Much like how Kaito's name is often mistaken as "Shion Kaito", but this is also only a fan-made name too, and his official name is also only the first name here, "Kaito".
I hope none of you get confused like I did. I'm sorry once more for my mistake, AGAIN. -_-

I greatly apologize for forgetting to add [Megurine Luka] to the Vocaloids who sang this song...
