Yeah, you, the girl or boy who feels
"Ugly, fat, horrible, small of stature, fool, idiot, no
smart" blah blah blah, Wtf is wrong with you? YOU ARE
B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L Okay? okay.
It's like... God, if you don't love yourself, who's
gonna love you? And I say this because, I think that if you have a
good vibe and you're confident you transmit that energy to
other people, yeah I
know, I know, it's very hard be "Confident" but... Is
an important thing in ur life. Believe in me. Imagine a girl or a
boy, this girl/boy is equal to you physically, but she/he has the
most beauty internally things of your personality, right? This
girl/boy, it' s crying, because she/he feels everything that
you think about yourself, she/he feels "Ugly, idiot, horrible,
alone, depressant" and everything. He/she has a low
self-esteem, like you, ok? Go to your bedroom, and say to this
imaginary person that you're gonna love him/her and you're
gonna protect it. Then, you're gonna know that you, little by
little, gonna be starting to love yourself, right? Another advice
is, you're gonna take a notebook or annotator and you're
gonna write everything that you like of yourself,
CUTE things ok? Don't write sad things,
write cute things about your personality, not physically, just cute
and beauty things about your "Soul" or personality, every
week write beauty things about yourself and you'll be
improving. And another advice is, go to your bathroom, look at the
mirror, and search things that you like about your body, face,
hair, hands, blah blah. You know, like "Oh, I like my hair, is
long and bright" or " I like my eyes, they are hazel and
