how do you do that gif thing?

The easiest way to add a picture / gif is to go to someone's quote that already has it (like mine, for instance) and you'll see a fav it button, a comment button, and you should also see a "get code" button. Click the "get code" button copy and paste the code into the html source section and just change the text and the URL. I hope this helps :)
