Sometimes
I wonder. I wonder if
he's ever felt the way I have. If he's liked
a girl so much but didn't know how to
say it and by the time he was starting to
get the confidence to tell her
she moved across the country,
never knowing how he felt about her. I
wonder if he's ever liked a girl that was
so in love with someone else
and they held hands and slow-danced
right there before his very eyes,
as he watched helplessly,
knowing that she'd never feel the same. I
wonder if he's ever liked a girl that was
way out of his league and
they had no chance together. I
wonder if he's ever been embarrassed
to like a girl because of her
loud and outoing personality
and never wanting to mention it to her. But
most importantly, I wonder if he's
ever liked a girl that's perfect for
him and all his friends know it,
except her. Because that's how I feel
