In
grade school she always had
a shiny star,
for she worked hard and
make her parents happy.
In middle school she always
had straight A's,
for she worked hard and
made her parents proud.
In high school she got straight
F's,
for being sad and a failure in
her parents eyes.
In college she got straight lines,
for those were what stained
her wrists and thighs.
And she finally made her
parents proud because she
was nonexistent
