PLEASE eat. Not eating doesn't do ANYTHING but deprive your body of the nutrients it needs to stay healthy! If you want to lose some weight, I suggest eating 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but making sure that you eat healthy food with limited sugars and fats. You should look up www.choosemyplate.gov, it's really good. Good luck! 1reply
