Everyone keeps saying that things are gonna get better but it doesn't seem like it. usually i just get in moods where i feel like everything falling apart but then in a couple of hours im fine. but not this time, i've felt like this for a week. i feel like i have no one. i've felt like this for a while. i cant do it anymore im sick of feeling like this. i cant. i wont. this is might be the end for me

No! No it can't be! Think of all the things you have yet to do. See. Experience. Think of all the people you still have to meet. The ones you will help. Think of all the stuff you'll miss once you're cold and 6 feet under. It wouldn't be worth it. You're time is not for you to decide. It'll come when it comes. I know how you're feeling. I went through 2 months of it and it happens on and off now for a week at a time. It does get better. You just gotta distract yourself from thinking about it. I swear I'm here for you. Just stay and live. Please
