psssst, hey I'm the same height as you and I'm trying to lose weight too. HEADS UP, I would aim for 115-120 pounds instead, because while 112 isn't QUITE underweight for your height, it's a little low. And if you're losing that much weight, chances are you'll lose muscle too, and THAT'S no fun :P. So yeah, I know this wasn't a good tip, but I just thought it was important for you to know :).
Because one time I lost a bunch of weight and got down to like 108 pounds and my body was like AW HELL TO THE NO, GIRL YOU CAN'T BE THAT UNDERWEIGHT and then my weight shot right back up again :P

Have what you usually have but have a smaller poition of it. Instead of having snacks between meals, have a big drink of water. Treat your self to a chocolate or something sweet once or twice a week. But NEVER!! Skip a meal, even though you may think you need to skip a meal to get thiner, you end up snacking as you get hungry and may end up having more of a snack than a meal.
If this helps I am glad to be of service ! <3 And if it works for you wright on my page and tell me how it went xoxo

Us British people use "Stone" as a measurement of weight. 14 pounds= 1 stone

My tip is to stay off all soda and sugary drinks, they are super bad for you! Drink loads of water and keep eating healthy foods. Vegetables are low in carbs and high in protein whereas bread is high in carbs and low in protein. That gives a small example and aim towards the naturally colorful foods. The more color, the better.
