That a contradiction. Catholics believe in the bible. In the bible it clearly speaks against gay marriage.

I don't believe in mixing church and state. They can get married. I don't necessarily think they should celebrate matrimony but I don't think it's right to let them not get married. Catholicism is a religion. Gay marriage is a political issue

I don't think that they should get married because of what the bible says but they most likely will because of separation between church and state. But do you know what's weird? Even though separation between church and state is a law, our country still has a lot of references to God on our money, in our pledge, in court, etc.

THANK YOU!! I hate the stereotype that all Catholics hate gays. It's not true and it's just plain stupid. Yeah I'm catholic. I go to church I've received all the sacraments and I pray ery night. But I also support equality for all people and that includes gay marriage. One of my best friends is gay. So yeah...mini rant lol but thank you I'm so happy I'm not the only one!!!
