So, its been about a year since this happened...
I came out of the shower late last night to hear my brother sobbing. I ran downstairs and saw him lying in the corner of the kitchen with a knife pointed towards his belly. I sprinted towards him and pulled the knife out of his hands, shaking. I pulled him towards me into a hug and we sat there for three hours like that, talking. He kept saying that he felt dead inside and he didn't want to sleep because that would bring tomorrow. He just wanted it to end... I just told him I love him so much and I need him here. We sat there and cried together...
