after care. trying so hard not to pick at scabs. or slid a knife through day old cuts.

clean up. all the blood. seeing all of the damage i acutally did was so... idk, wahts the word, like reality checking? not right wording, oh well. in the moment, you dont care about seeing your white sheets stained, or the blood drip onto your carpet. all you care about is the control. being able to control how much pain you feel. and you know why youre feeling that pain. but when the act is over, and you look at the mess youve made, you just... shocking.

hiding it. enough said.
