"Hey, look! Now I'm to old for you! Now I'm not good enough in bed for you! Sc/ew you!"
Hannah's mom was screaming again.
Hannah flinched, and hid her face in my shoulder.
"Laura, what are you talking about?" Nate asked, touching her arm.
She pulled away quickly, and then smacked him across the face.
"Mommy!" Hannah yelled.
"Hannah, sweety, go into the bedroom. I'll be in a minute. Daddy's okay." I said.
She went running into the bedroom.
I turned back around in a rush to see if Nate was okay.
 His face was bright red where her hand had connected with his cheek.
"Nate, are you okay?" I asked, cradling his face.
"Back off!" Laura screamed, shoving me in the process.
I smashed my hip off the table, and yelped in pain.
Nate rushed over, and grabbed for me.
"No." I said, standing up. "I've got this."
I walked over and punched her straight in the jaw.
Tears streamed down her cheeks, and she licked her lips like she was gonna hit me back.
"Jadyn! You can't hit my ex-wife." Nate exclaimed.
"But she can shove me? I don't think so, sweetheart." I said, rudely.
Laura was dizzy, and she fell to the ground.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." she mumbled, holding her jaw.
Nate bent down near her, "Why'd you do it?"
"I miss you." she said quietly.
She reached up, and kissed him.
I was angry.
I was caught up in the moment, and I tackled her.
I was on top of her punching her repeatedly in the face.
Nate came up from behind me, "Jadyn! Get off of her!"
He pulled me offf, and was standing between both of us lying on the ground.
I was panting hard, and she was crying.
"Jadyn, you can't just do that." he said, sitting next to me.
"I'm sorry, but she kissed you."
"I didn't kiss her back. I pulled away." he explained.
"That's not the point." I said, sitting up and crying. "Everythings been taken from me. You know that. I can't lose you too."
"Everything's okay, Jadyn."
"No. It's not! I should have never gotten involved with you." I swore at the ground.
"My teacher, and his family. How stupid can I get?" I mumbled to myself.
"Does this mean we're done?" Nate questioned.
I shook my head, "Yeah. I'm done. Tell Hannah I love her, and have a great life."
"Wait." Nate said, but I just brushed past him and left.
My vision was blurred from the tears, but I knew how to get to her house even if I was blind.
I pushed through the door, and straight into her living room.
Ms. Bell was sitting on her couch, and looked shocked to see me.
"Jadyn?" she questioned.
"I didn't know where else to go. You've always been there... I need you to be a mom, not a teacher right now, okay?"
"Okay." she said, her eyes watering.
"Mommy.." I whispered, and hugging her.
