There is so much beauty in this world.
The sound of a child laughing for the first time,
the crisp freshness of nature as it begins to awaken from winter.
The purring of a kitten. The moment when you realize you have fallen in love.
The hug and warmth of a mother or a father or a brother or a sister or an aunt
or uncle or cousin or lover or friend. The smell of rain and the warmth of sunlight. The twinkle in a child's eyes. The feel of the breeze gently ruffling your hair. The look of snow coating the brances
of dead trees. The smell of flowers. Ladybugs and butterflies. Baby birds, and kittens,
and puppies, and bunnies. The beautiful blue of the sky. The sounds of waves
crashing against the shore. A bird's wonderful song.

"Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world I feel like I can't take it,
like my heart's going to cave in.. Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing it all
at once, and it's too much. My heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst."

Take a moment and stop.
Think of one beautiful thing.
One thing.
That, my darling, is one of the
many reasons you have to live.
