If you are eating less than 1200 calories or if you are starving yourself, you will gain weight instead of lose. Also, if you eat less and work out too much, you will make yourself sick, so please be healthy in doing this!

I couldnt starve myself, I like food too much, im just cutting down on the bad foods, and just trying to keep fit :3 i'd like to think that when the time comes, i'll know when to stop :) but thank you! :3
