We laid in the darkness together, so close—yet so far apart. I haven't moved from this spot all day, you came home to find me in the exact position you left me; this occurrence has been happening more often lately, you noted as you laid down next to me. That was ten minutes ago. "You've been sleeping an awful lot lately, are you feeling ill?" You whispered, pressing your cool hand against my forehead. I learned into your touch, relishing in the connection. My heart twisted unpleasantly, the thought that I've been the cause of your worry sickened me with guilt.
"I feel fine," I whispered honestly, down casting my eyes. 
"Well, you've been sleeping a lot lately. Why?" Your voice wasn't judgmental, your words were laced with concern—as they always have been. Another wave of guilt crashed over me.
"Sometimes, especially lately, I've just wanted to sleep for the rest of my years." I didn't know why I said it, but I did; and there it was, out in the open—floating in the air among us. Quietly. Festering.
"I don't see the difference between that and dying." You said thoughtfully. So genuine, so naïve.
"There isn't."

Please write a book, with a bunch of these type of things in it. Like the little writings you do. Just a new one on every page. I would buy that book.. I would buy 10 copies of that book. You're an ahmazing writer, js <3
