Okay so I'm taking a nutrition class right now. My perfessor just mentioned that year day. She said for people to gain weight is to eat double of what a person should eat. Look up the new food chart. The plate of amount of food.( it's the newest one) eat twice the amount. But be careful.

up your protein intake, but eat fairly healthily, because you dont want to gain useless fat/or experience the bad side effects of junk food like high blood pressure or anything like that.
and im guessing that it would probably be better to eat small amounts of food regularly, as opposed to eating huge meals 3 times a day.

I've always been underweight cause I have a fast metabolism. I'm now in the normal weight but I don't loose or gain weight. I started playing soccer and riding horses and I gained a lot of muscle so I would try maybe joining a sport!

Protein and carbs. Don't eat junk food, that's bad fat ^-^ or you could join a sport and you'll gain muscle! And muscle weighs more than fat so it'll be healthy (:

Don't just eat a load of junk food, it might help you put on weight but it won't be very healthy for you

Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Just eat more at each meal and then allow yourself more snacks, I guess.

Yeah.. I guess you could say we're lucky. The only downsides are people asking if you're anorexic(they give up on that once they see me eat.. lol.) and your body pulls fat from your boobs or butt for energy sometimes. Like I'm an 8th grader and I still have like, 32A. I'm like, I'm going to look like a boy forever. Oh well. Haha
