Trust is hard, especially the confidence of it in yourself. Keep your head high and priorities higher, and never get caught in that habit. I've seen so many lives impacted by it.

she's right, it just makes things more complicated, adds on to the frustration, and makes you want to do it more, it's not the best of ideas.

if you ever think about it, promise me youll remember that cutting wont fix any problems, it will only make more! its embarrassing for me to wear shorts, or go to the beach, because people see the scars & judge me so much on them, & seriously cutting only made my problems worse, and it hurt so many of my friends! i know you can stay strong!
