No. Don't. Don't kill yourself, don't even think about picking up that knife or blade or those pills or the rope you've been thinking about all day. Just stop it. Okay? Stop it. Do you really think that by killing yourself your going to solve all of your problems? Because YOU'RE NOT. I know that I don't know what you've been through, and I know that I don't know you, but I know that whatever is happening to you right now is NOT WORTH killing yourself over! Okay? It's really not. No honey I'm not having a go at you ... believe me, I am not ... if it wasn't for the fact I've always had to rely on myself to believe in myself, I wouldn't be alive right now. Five years ago I was exactly in your shoes, and I know that it's a terrible terrible place to be. Maybe I don't know what you've been through, but I do know how it feels.
And I know that if you are ever going to heal yourself, you have to stay strong and not give up.
Especially when there are people around you who love you in the way you need to love yourself. Okay? I know it's hard - I know its really, really hard ... but life IS beautiful and killing yourself will not make things any better because it takes all your pain and knocks out all the people you love and care about with the same pain that hurt you. Ok? It's not worth the pain and hurt you will be giving to the people who care. You DO have a chance at life, and a chance of healing yourself, but you need to get up and keep trying. DOn't say there's no one here for you, because we all are. Just don't give up ... don't. It's not worth it xx

That's the thing. You do. If you're prepared to give your life a chance, and if your willing to open your eyes the to possibility of hope than the possibility of no hope whatsoever, then you can find. I can guarantyee that. Don't do this to yourself, and don't do it to the people you care about. They will have to go through ten times more than all your pain ... maybe you'll end your life, but you'll make theirs a living hell. You have so much to live for, stop letting yourself go so easily
