Im 10, and I Haven't started my period yet, am i pregnant?

Please help Im really worried, I haven't had séx yet but i kissed a boy last week, and i think i tasted his spérm! i dont know what to do. I haven't told anyone.If i am i am going to have an abortion so its ok
