Prologe;
I felt the tears roll down my cheeks as they
handed me the folded flag that his dog tags rested on, the
offical meaning my soldier wouldn't be coming home. I tried
to hold the tears back but they came flowing. The thoughts came
in a flood, what would I tell Hadley? What was going to do? What
would tomorrow bring? Well to tell you this story I need to tell
you about me. My name is Abigail Rivers but just call me River, I
am 22 and I am hopelessly in love with a soldier named, Chance
Day.
And this is my story.
Authors Note: Okay this is my first story im hoping someone is
going to read this! Sorry my spelling is crap. I am writing this
