The Life of a Cardinal
Logan Rogers had it all.
Looks, a brand new Dodge challenger, straight A's, and
not to mention a full ride to play basketball at the University
if North Carolina. #44 was hanging all over the gym and his
name was in every local newspaper. You'd think he'd
be happy, but Logan was missing something. He was missing a
girl he could call his own. His dad left his mother and him
for some Brazillian super-model. The reason he had all the
expensive things were because of his uncle, Tom. Tom was
his only father figure in his life. All this changed last
year, when Tom got diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. Now
it's Logan's senior year, and he has no idea of what lies
ahead of him for his final year of high school. Can he
take his Cardinal team to the state championship, or will the
possible loss of his uncle cause him to quit his life-long
dream?
