I have to see the councillor for my depression and cutting... and he's being soo supportive about it... it kills me... he thinks I should try it out but after the first try I felt worse... I had to tell her about my past... which means my family and my father... I hate him and talking about him made it worse for me... then today some kid told me to go back to my own country... and it was last day of school... I don't get to see the only adult I trust outside of my family for two weeks.. I don't know how I am going to get through it...
