If they were born deaf they can't hear themselves think. If they weren't born deaf and they know a language I'm assuming they would still think in that language.

The language of thoughts is inexpressible, so you use your hands (sign language) or voice (spoken language). A deaf person can still think and identify things in a language that their brain understands. We all do.

To the person below, yes. Every country has different sign language, america has a different one to the uk. I know this cause my parents are deaf.

If you people are going to report every jocked quote, then you better plan on reporting at least half the quotes on this stupid website. -_- Yes, lack of originality is annoying. But I doubt someone on Witty actually came up with it anyways. They probably got it from some other website.

My sister is deaf...she thinks in sign language. A lot of people ask how deaf people learn sign language....how do you learn english?
