Chapter 22

We must be very good at forgetting about the past, because after a few months, we were at the last day of school. We didn't bring up anything. Not even how Logan confessed to me.

"Man! We're so lucky we can spend the last day of school, just hanging around!" Gray shouted.

We were at the cafeteria, me, Megan, Sophie, Gray and Logan. Us girls were sitting on the seats, while Gray and Logan were sitting on the table, their feet on their seats.

"Well, we ARE supposed to be in our farewell party at class, but thank god our classes didn't plan anything!" Sophie shouted as well, because we were alone in the cafeteria.
"Yeah! Next year we're seniors!"  I shot my hand up in the air, but my sentence filled with sarcasm, and we all laughed.
"I'm kind of looking forward to it" Megan said, although she and Gray were staring at each other as they said it, made me wanna barf.
"Take your love fest somewhere else, please" I shooed them, they all laughed. "I'm serious"
"Jewel, you're just jealous that you're single" Sophie elbowed me
"Ha-ha" I said in sarcasm.
"I'm still single too..." Logan said, a bit confused if you ask me
"Yeah! Why not you guys get together?" Gray grinned at the both of us
"Idiot" I spat at him
"What? It's very possible! And you two would really suit each other" Gray   was proud of his sentence, and it was awarded by Sophie and Megan nodding in agreement.
"You girls and your compatibility superstitions" Logan said
"Not true!" Sophie and Megan said in unison, glaring at Logan.
"Yeah, yeah"

The last day of our junior year ended. And we waved our goodbyes heading on our separate ways home. Except Logan and I, ofcourse. We were walking home, none of us uttering a word yet. 

"Are we really going to pretend that you didn't say you like me?"

Okay, I was getting impatiently curious, I needed an answer. I'm not just gonna wait. I'm impatient at times. I wanted to know if he was serious, there was a ninety-nine percent chance he was. 

I'm going to test my luck on this one.
