2000 9 11 (date)
5000 died and went to heaven.


Not that difficult. She's saying tons of people died that day and we should honor and remember them every day and not just on 9 11

I was at the 9/11 memorial the other day. It was breathtaking where the towers once stood there are waterfalls in like a square (around the border of where the building was) and they fell from ground level down into a void and written along the edges of the two waterfalls are the names of the people who passed. It brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't even imagine if it had been that day & that year that my family went on vacay to NYC I could have lost my mother, father, brother, I could have even lost my own life... it is traumatizing to think of what those people went through. Right next to the memorial they are building a museum, and my mom and I looked in and there is parts of the wreckage and she turns to me and says "how can you not see absolute terror, you see those stairs? Could you imagine the people screaming running down those stairs trying to get to safety, to their family? That's all I can picture when I look at this." My dad said all he could feel was anger. My mom and I just stood there and cried.. it was a horrible feeling.. but I'm so glad I went to pay my respects.
