I think I might have depression and cyclothymia (minor form of bipolar disorder) but I don't want to tell my family and get help because I feel like we can't afford it and honestly, I'm scared to find out how messed up I might actually be.

did you get properly diagnosed? because if you did, your doctor should've told you about free or cheap options for getting help

i have extreme severe depression
extreme severe anxiety
extreme severe stress
and bipolar but i havent been tested for what level.
