Because I want to help you doing crunched doesn't help you lose weight. it helps gain stomach muscles which is always good but you wont lose any weight doing them. If you want to lose weight try doing lunges. They are really good :]

Good luck, don't push yourself too hard. Eating healthy goes a long way too. And i posted a quote like this a few weeks ago & it got a top quote, so good luck again,lol. Btw, crunches won't help that much, it'll take a while to gain a flatter stomach, but its exercise and it will strengthen your core.

just do the crunches over a period of time or you will gett real sore and you wont be able to do crunches for a while after, and you should constently do some every night . trust me i used to be overweight and then i lost 30 pounds so now im skinny, you can do it<3
